A Collaborative Approach to "Supervising" in Private, University and Public Agency Settings

A dynamic intensive didactic and interactive experience based in a collaborative learning community philosophy provides participants opportunities to place philosophical assumptions and theory into practice, to network with other supervisors, and to create knowledge and expertise with each other. The format includes didactic, videotape, consultation, and observation of supervision, reflecting processes, experiential exercises, literature review, and reflection papers for each meeting, homework assignments, and learning pods. The seminars can be individually tailored to your needs and scheduled at your site.
